1. Will a journal accept my reviewed or edited manuscript?
Biodila medical editing and biomedical reviewing services will increase the chance that you publish your study. However, the fate of your manuscript will depend on what the journal editors and reviewers make of it.

2. Will the research content review improve our document/presentation even when you are not experts in our research field?
The best critiques to our research often came from scientists outside our field of expertise. Their unbiased opinions raised unexpected views or pointed out to fundamental issues in the design or analysis of experiments. Our content review will likely have the same impact on your work.

3. Do you review or edit documents or presentations written in languages other than English?
No, we do not. If you are an international researcher, submit the best English version you are able to write, and we will work from there. We are here to help you. Biodila will soon offer scientific translation services, starting with Spanish-to-English and English-to-Spanish translations. When these services are available, we will post a link on this Web page. 4. How can I get the most from your medical editing services?
You should submit your biomedical paper or presentation in its final form, i. e., ready for publication. Please, note that we will re-edit your material a second time at no additional cost to you. However, a third submission will be considered a re-edit and charged accordingly.

5. Do you provide proofreading services?
We will proofread your manuscript as part of our medical editing service.

6. Will you verify the references in my manuscript, grant or dissertation?
Yes, we will. Of course, you should submit the references formatted as per the journal instructions.

7. How long will you take to complete the revision or edition of our document?
You will receive your completed order within the turnaround time shown in the Place and Order page. The exact number of days will depend on the number of pages and slides of your document and presentation, respectively. If we are unable to accept more commissions, you can choose to cancel your request or, alternatively, wait until the next available date. In the latter case, you will receive a 10% discount.

8. Will the medical editor contact me during the review or edition of my material? If so, do you provide instant messaging (IM)?
The medical editor or biomedical reviewer will contact you via e-mail, whenever he/she needs your feedback during the review or editing process. No, we do not offer IM, just e-mail.  Despite the obvious advantages of IM, there are significant security risks associated with the use of IM in businesses, which we decided not to take.

9. Do you share our files, documents or data with others?
Your document or presentation is confidential at all effects. We will not share it with other scientists or individuals. Moreover, if external medical editors are required, they will sign a confidentiality agreement before they see your submission.  Please, see also our Privacy Policy.
